Acupressure Rx For Noisy Dogs!

                                Eastern Medicine For Your Dog!
You love having guests over to enjoy potluck or
just hang out for a barbecue. You may love it, but
Fido (your dog) doesn't.

What do you do when you tie him up and he whines uncontrollably?
Try the Eastern Medicine Rx that's been around for thousands
of years.
The practice known as acupressure can help calm down

your pooch and his incessant whining.

To do: Just press the tips of both ears between your thumbs
and index fingers, then pulse the spots for 30 to 45 seconds.
Doing this will soothe acupressure points on the tips of the
ears that will ease your pet's nervousness, and allow you
to enjoy a quiet evening with your guests.

Good Luck!

Easy Solution To End Excessive Barking!

Stop The Barking With Office Equipment!
Does your dog bark at any and everything?
Put an end to it with paper clips. Paper clips?
Yup, paper clips.

Place a handful of paper clips in an empty soda can
and tape the opening shut.
When your dog starts to bark and won't respond to your commands,
shake the can until he or she calms down.

After doing this a few times, your dog will begin to associate your
order with the noise from the can and start to obey when you
tell him or her to stop the barking.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck!

Light Rx For A New Cat!

                             Quieting Down A New Cat!
Like puppies, new kittens can also be noisy,
if the constant meowing is getting to you, do the following...
Place a night light within 15 feet of his or her sleeping area.
Why a night light?

Cats have great night vision, but sometimes new cats don't
feel safe in total darkness. The light will help your cat get
used to his or her new surooundings, and help them stay
calm and quiet through the night.

Good Luck!

Peppermint Rx For Your Puppy's Anxiety!

                                      Calm Down An Anxious Puppy!
Do you own a new puppy? Does he or she get anxious when your ready to
leave for the day? Help them calm down with peppermint.

That's right, the Christmas treat can calm a puppy ridden with anxiety.
Peppermint's scent is said to calm down the most anxious puppy.
Look for food-grade peppermint oil  (located in the baking aisle)
Heat it up in the microwave, let it cool for a min. and then gently rub

it into your puppy's paws.

That's it- peppermint to calm an anxious pupppy.
And please, make sure you buy food-grade peppermint oil and
not an essence oil from the health-food store.
This is important because it's only natural that a puppy
will  be enticed by the scent and want to lick it off.
This type of peppermint oil is safe for his or her still small
digestive system.

Good Luck!
