A Simple Trick For Sick Animal!

             Helping Injured Dogs!

Does your dog have a cut or bruise on their body?
Well, any pet owner knows- getting a dog to leave the
Wound alone is almost impossible.
If you're struggling with this type of situation at this
time,  use this simple trick to put an end to it,
the trick- make your own dog collar.
To do-Simply fold a towel into 3rds lengthwise to form
a long strip. Then, wrap it around Fido or FiFi's
neck, then position his or her collar over the center
of the towel.
And if his or her collar doesn't fit, use duct tape,
and Voila, you have a comfy and (inexpensive)
collar.
Tell your Vet to keep that Elizabethan collar.

That's it, a simple money-saving solution.

Good Luck!

Easter Warning To Cat Owners!

                             Beware Of This Plant!

Another Easter has come and gone.
And for most of us we have to deal with the extra
calories we consumed.
But for those with cats there's another problem that
may be lurking.
What is it? Easter Lillies!

That's right- if you bought or if you received
Easter lillies as gifts, you may want to give them
away.
Why?

They may kill your cats.
That's right- hot off the presses, Veterinarians are
telling cat owners that the plants contain substances
that first shut down the kidneys and then kill your cats.
Some pet owners thought their cats were just tired or
in bad moods and then the urinary issues started and this
alarmed many pet owners.
And thanks to a doctor who asked very persistent questions
was the truth uncovered.

So, if you recognize yourself (or a loved one) in this post
and you want what's best for your cat, then make sure
the Easter lillies go or keep your cat in a spot--where he or

she doesn't have access to your plants.

That's it- and if you have more leftover Easter eggs than you know
what to with, use to make deviled eggs or egg salad.
Why?
They'll boost your health in more ways than you can count.
Don't believe it?

Cat-Proof Your Plants!

                       Protecting Your Plants!

Hey ladies and gentlemen, does your cat find your plants
irresistible? Meaning they love jabbing at the leaves, or
digging in the dirt?
Well, if that's the case, you may want to use a citrus
Rx to stop them.
That's right- Cayenne pepper was a go-to remedy to stop
frisky felines in the past, but too many cat lover thought
the red pepper was a little too harsh.
So, they looked and tested some other non-harmful products
and they've came up with Lemon juice.
Yes, the smell of citrus is a big turn of for a lot cats, and to
discourage them- just saturate a cotton ball with lemon

juice (fresh or concentrated) and rub it around the rim of the planters.
(you can also leave the cotton balls inside the planters as well.)

Doing this overwhelms your kittys' keen sense of smell, leaving them
reeling and hiding for cover.
Another tip: rub the planter a few days later as the scent of the lemon juice
may wear off. This should stop the digging and leaf pulling  in a few days.

Good Luck!
