Helping Dogs Prepare For The Fourth!

Helping Your Dog (s) Prepare For The 4th of July!

You may love celebrating the 4th of July, but your dog,
that's another story.

If your dog (s) dread this holiday (mainly the fireworks)
then you may want to help them prepare for it.

Prepare how?
By placing some oil on his (or her) collar.
More specifically- essential oils rubbed on his
(or her collar).

To do: An hour before the sounds of fireworks
start to reverberate in your neighborhood-
rub some Jasmine Essential Oil all around
his (or her) collar.
You can also sprinkle some oil on his doggy bed
or the spot where he (or she) relaxes.

And how is this effective you ask?

When your bet friend inhales the scent of Jasmine in,
he (or she) calms down and relaxes.
And when your best friend is calmed and relaxed,
you too, will be relaxed and calm, which means you
can go back to celebrating this very special holiday.
Where can one find the essential oil?

Head online to Amazon.com and type NOW Foods Jasmine
Essential Oil, $6 for 1 oz.

Another tip to help your beloved friend cope this 4th...
You may want to play classical music during the morning hours.

Some people have said this type of music has worked remarkably
well in calming down their dogs.

Good Luck!

One last request,
We at AllNaturalPetsRxs help out our local

animal shelters, how? By donating money.
Money for food.

Not a lot of people realize this, but a shelter's biggest expense is
food. And according to some who work at shelters- a lot of people
abandon their pets (at shelters or on the sides of the road) because
they can no longer feed them and being that we here at ANPRs
are also animal lovers we decided to help out any way we can.

And how do we help out?
By begging our readers to send us donations?
No, we do it by selling info, what type of info?

Info that can help you become better caregivers to your pets.
We sell the info via reusable tote bags.
That's right, head to Zazzle.com/Holistically and take a look at our latest
creation- what is it?
It's a simple guide to help you (or a loved one) build a cat hammock.  Just look to your right,
and learn how to build your own cat hammock.
Hey, doing (or buying this) certainly
beats paying for a $30 or $40 dollar hammock.

Thank You!

Make Car Trips Enjoyable For Fido!

                                       Stop the Slipping & Sliding!

Does your favorite pal spend a lot of time in the car?
And does he or she ride in a crate while in the car?
If you're one who places your dog in a crate
and he (or she) slides back and forth, put an end to
it with yoga.
More specifically a yoga mat.

A yoga mat?
Yes, cut one up to fit the size of the dog crate and
the slipping and sliding should stop thanks to
the cushioned surface (that provides traction)
And if you don't have a yoga mat, just head to a store
like Walmart or a sporting goods store and buy one
for under $15.00.

One last tip: Thanks to the cushioned surface-
cleaning the mat should be a breeze.

Good Luck!

Your Rx To Stop Kitty From Marking Territory!

                                         Stop The Territory Wars!

Oh no, your cat has spotted another cat walking around outside your door,
and to show his (or her) displeasure and dominance he (or she) sprays the area

to keep that pesky intruder away.

To put an end to this bad habit-simply clean the spot where your cat sprayed,
then rub a soft cloth (clean) between his (or her) eyes and ears to pick up their
scent and then rub the cloth on on the area where your cat sprayed.

This simple tip will leave your cat's scent behind, so when he does go back,
he'll think the territory is already marked  and he won't feel the need to do
it (spray) i again. Plus, it lets other cats (intruders) know not to go there.

That's it- a simple trick to stop the Spraying.

Good Luck!

One last request,
In an effort to help the
thousands of pets who are abused, abandoned
and neglected we decided to put our research skills
to good use. We just started printing tips (similar to the
ones you read here) on bags, recyclable bags, and if you
purchase a bag (or two or three) we'll donate some of the

proceeds to animal shelters, and then animal shelters
will buy food.
Many not not know this-but due to the recession, and other
financial burdens a number of people are abandonig their pets
because they simply can not feed them anymore.
And that's why we decided to do our part to change this,
donating some money to shelters now, and in the future,
opening our own "Doggy" bank.

Thank You!

The bag featured today has a great tip to remove ticks
from your dogs, see it to the right
and to purchase it,
just head to Zazzle.comm/Holistically.
