Cats and Sleep!
The sight of a cat in your bed snuggling up with you may
look like a picture-perfect postcard, but it can be dangerous.
To get your cat or kitty to sleep in his or her own bed, do
the following...
About 20 to 30 mins. before bed-
Place a towel (an old clean towel you no longer use) in the dryer
for a few mins. then wrap the towel around your body
(or lie on it) for a few mins, more.
Remove the towel from the dryer and place it on the floor
or special bed where your cat sleeps, and gently maneuver
the cat to that spot.
Detecting your scent and the warmth of the towel,
will allow both your cat and you to get a peaceful,
uninterrupted night of sleep.
